Re: Unfinished Text Adventures

I've never played any of these, but Cube of Zoth is supposed to be a good one, as is Oxbridge by Tynesoft. Quest for the Holy Grail by Epic is missing a solution, which surprises me as it was very popular. Sticky Fingers has an interesting sounding storyline.

Re: MIA Model B Computing 8

It states on 8bs.com that the archive of 10 is complete apart from issue 8, but issue 11 is on sale here: http://www.retrogamingworld.co.uk/computer-games-shop/bbc-computers/bbc-games/model-b-computing-no.-11/. So at least one more is missing.

The Solution Archive version is just the raw solution without the extra FAQ stuff. Still pending.

Re: 'Doctor Who and the Warlord' text adventure hints/solutions?

Thanks! I'm just waiting for GameFAQs to accept my submission (I included a special thanks to you in there for helping me through that nightmare, hope you don't mind). I'm a little dubious about their site since they've listed the game incorrectly as being for the ZX Spectrum. If it doesn't work ou...

Well, asked Chris at 8BS.com, and he is not allowed to distribute from his site, cause Ron (the owner) does not want them distributed. ?? :?: Why not, aahk well, lost in time then.

As far as I know, no further games in the trilogy were released.

This article in Electron User 5.05 says part two was to be called 'Communion'.

I could also provide the Spectrum listing of The Vespozian Affair as plain text. Should anyone be able to provide a scan of the magazine the required changes could easily be made.

It would seem that Molimerx Bexhill UK and Molymerx NZ are linked. Molimerx UK published Brian Howarth's Mysterious Adventures. Quote from https://archive.org/stream/Molymerx_Mail_Order_Software_Catalog_19xx_Molymerx/Molymerx_Mail_Order_Software_Catalog_19xx_Molymerx_djvu.txt "MYSTERIOUS ADVENT...

At long last, here is an ssd of The Antagonists.

Re: Stardot archive

Any thoughts on my second point, regarding a fund for the purchase of missing software?

Maybe a specific fundraising subforum could be started? I'd be happy to sell some retro kit that I've picked up on my travels to people on here, with the money going to the cause.

Re: Stardot archive

We need to organise. We need an archive and we need funds. I don't understand exactly what you need funds for? Is that just for the hosting? I can arrange that. Time is also a problem for me, running my business, volunteering at local organisations etc. But I can "donate" webspace for an ...
