Yes it is, and yes it does. I used Dorothy Millard's solution, with the exception that dropping the lamp very near the end got me killed in the dark.

Re: Text Adventure Games

CASA has 329 games listed for the BBC/Electron, of which only 166 have not got solutions. That means that 49.5% of all Text Adventures known about for the Beeb/Elk have been solved by somebody :-) Leaving 50.5% unsolved or unsolvable? Sounds like a challenge! Update: There are currently 476 games l...

Re: Adventures for your BBC micro BOOK on eBay

I've been putting together a PDF of the book as I've gone though each game. It's not a complete reproduction (I've left out the listings and the glossary) but everything else is there and is searchable. It also contains maps and solutions for each game. Please will you consider submitting the maps ...

From those without solutions, the following are supposed to be very good: Cops by Alpine, Dreamtime by Heyley, It's Magic by Central Computing, Oxbridge by Tynesoft.

"Long Forgotten Arabia" and "Red Button Game" are the sample adventures from the book Adventure Design Language (1986) by A. F. de Geus, J. H. Jongejan and A. M. Koelmans. Pilgrim's Progress definitely a professional release by the Scripture Union: http://www.retrogames.co.uk/017...

Re: Unfinished Text Adventures

I've never played any of these, but Cube of Zoth is supposed to be a good one, as is Oxbridge by Tynesoft. Quest for the Holy Grail by Epic is missing a solution, which surprises me as it was very popular. Sticky Fingers has an interesting sounding storyline.

It states on 8bs.com that the archive of 10 is complete apart from issue 8, but issue 11 is on sale here: http://www.retrogamingworld.co.uk/computer-games-shop/bbc-computers/bbc-games/model-b-computing-no.-11/. So at least one more is missing.

As far as I know, no further games in the trilogy were released.

This article in Electron User 5.05 says part two was to be called 'Communion'.

I could also provide the Spectrum listing of The Vespozian Affair as plain text. Should anyone be able to provide a scan of the magazine the required changes could easily be made.
