Created in August 2016... here is Games Disc 111.
The disc is called Disc111.dsd so it can be loaded into a Datacentre on a real BBC without having to rename it.
The 18 games on this disc include...
Zen by Andrew Cook.
Survive! from The Micro User (5.06).
LazerChess by Andre Sihera.
World Cup Manager from Cosma Software.
Strategy II: Hunt For The Bismark from ASP Software.
Startrek (R H Compendium) from R H Software.
Super Hanger from Soft Centre.
Poc-Man (Classic Arcade Games) from Ganymede Systems Ltd.
Palace Of Death by Simon Wallace.
Blockade (Unoriginal Games) by David McKeran.
Championship Boxing by P. Stanley & C. Aslin.
Skywalker from Computer & Video Games.
Splat! (Golden Games) from The Micro User.
Pandemonia by Jeffrey Cooke.
Fruit Machine (AKA Bandit) from Beebugsoft.
The Quest Of Gondor from Doctor Soft.
S.C.O.T.T. (E) from Electron Computing (#5).
Trio from Acorn Computing (12.03).
NOTE: Zen is a massive game which has to save parts of itself to disc in order to work. Some files have been left unlocked and you will need to write-enable the disc.
Also, World Cup Manager has been amended to work under OS 1.2.
Lastly, Pandemonia is taken from a image that the author himself posted on the forum. I have been able to amend some of the faults. I have got the game as good as I can get it and if anyone else (or even the author) has any ideas, suggestions or amendments, then I will amend and re-post this game.
EASTER EGGS: If you press ESCAPE during some of the loaders and instructions, then you can skip to loading the game... This works on Zen and LazerChess.
All original filenames have been kept where possible, but some have been changed where they conflict with the limitations of the Disc Filing System. Copy protection routines have been removed.
This disc has also been checked for *KEY related issues and is OK.
PS. I still require a uef image of The Quest For Gondor (just to check everything is as it should be).
