For this game I'm using W, E, <RETURN>. This allows fairly easy familiarity with the keyboard, similar to Z, X, <RETURN> but of course the game maker didn't think to use the most common usage of keys going so we have W, E instead.

A score to start us off with this one. I'm terribly good at this one but I started liking it back in Season 2. There are tips and tricks there for those that want to go back and look. It's on the 3rd page of HSC.

Of course and it will still be way better than my score. I checked out Season 2..... I had 49,000, you had something like 149,000. I have no idea how I got even to 49,000 when I consider how well I'm doing right now.

Yeh, it's a slow go, even with the tips and tricks. I believe this is an acquired taste and the 'feel' will come in time.

I remember this from back in the day. Used to play against my brother for hours on end....

Moving up a little at a time, almost got my Season 2 score, just 4k short right now - 45,000

Edit: I can stop now.... I mis-remembered.... This is exacly the same score I got last time, surely I will better it....

Ok, I kept going..... I'm playing between my Master and my BeebEm emulator. Both play quite well.

Score this time is 54,000

I never played this before, I liked Winged Warlords BITD. I might have to play that again to see they compare... Really good game, this. Hope to improve a bit... 15,400

Much better score now, got to egg wave but never had a chance to start it as got grabbed by the firey hand thing and pulled in , so this score should of been a lot higher !

If you flap fast enough you can escape from the firey hand.

I had a spare half hour tonight so decided to have a quick go and my first score is:

As it is I can't seem to progress past level 4 :oops:

Level 4 is where they introduce the 'blue' men on the birds. They are a bit quicker so you have to plan how you're going to get them on the fly so to speak.....
