Who nicked the "Summer Time/DST is in effect" radio button?

Now to change back to GMT/UTC I have to put more effort in scrolling through a list :-(

It's Sunday, and I'm suppose to be allowed to be lazy

<Wanders off still moaning about having to scroll instead of just click...>

In the user control panel's board preferences, amongst the global settings, the "My timezone" controls provide both the specific time zone and what I tend to call the time "regime". So, I have "UTC+01:00" for my time zone, and "Europe/Oslo" for the time regime. I think I set the latter when the site was brought back up, and that should take care of the former.
