I gave my original boxed copy to the Centre for Computing History yesterday, as it happens!

They're happy for us to dump any software they have during future visits so if nobody volunteers a copy, I'll put it on my to-do list for my next trip to Cambridge...

Doh, giving away undumped software #-o I may have an alternative source so lets see what turns up. It's surprising that very few of these larger than 16K ROMs are archived anywhere, most dumps seem to be hacked to run from multiple sideways RAM banks.

Thanks =D>

Looks like each 32K ROM contains 2x16K banks, each with valid ROM header.

Oh! Forgot to mention that the ROMs were all 27C256 parts. The 2 x 16K images looked identical, with a quick glance - but may not be!! I could have looked at the A14s on the PCB!

Just checked A14 in the 27C256s. All pin 27s (A14) are connected together and are driven from a D Flip-Flop (74LS175) so the board holds 256K of code :shock:

When I get time I'll draft the schematic out . . .

That would be great, thanks. I haven't tried emulating it yet as working on something else at the moment.
