Damn! Looks like it is every-so-slightly too big for the build plate on my Eryone ER20 [-X
So you need a six part case ...... ;)

Re: Atom Case

Hi Ade, the drawing is made in AutoCAD and is a DWG file. I can't export it as a STEP file, only DWF, DWFx, SAT, IGES, IGS. Are there other formats you can import? If you want, I can split the top- and bottom case each in 4 parts with some overlap for glueing together. ** Update .. Just found a way ...

Re: Sick Atom

Keep pressing the CPU sometimes helps because if the CPU socket is an old socket, it can have bad contact.
Sockets with turned pins are better.

Re: Sick Atom

Another test you can do is removing IC's 27, 28 and 29 and power the Atom up.
If CTRL-G works, one of the buffers is defect.

Re: Sick Atom

If IC's 2,3 and 4 are in, you can try swapping them with IC's 27,28 and 29.

I'll try reseating - no I didn't do that consistently.
No sound on Ctrl-G. I guess that indicates the ROM code isn't being executed?
Yes, if the CPU is running CTRL-G should produce a sound and that means that the video chip or buffers are defect.
