Chess (Micro Power) - RARE MODEL A VERSION

Post by Dave_E »

I was alerted to the presence of this very rare Model A version of Chess by MicroPower on my everygamegoing site, so I dug it out of storage this morning and preserved it. It runs wholly in Mode 7 and is quite different to the Model B version.

Yes, it was you that commented on it and alerted me that it was different. There are quite a few Model A Micro Power titles in the same storage container, not sure if there are any others that need preserving...

I think there could be others!
When I get out of bed (lol) I will check further, but I seem to recall Gomoku having a Model A Version.

It's REVERSI.
Early adverts show listings for Reversi 1 and Reversi 2.
Model A and Model B versions.
I am unsure which one we have archived but assume it is Reversi 2.

I think you may have mentioned having Space Fighter at some point too.
A picture of those Model A titles may be helpful :D
