OSI Superboard II PCB run

Post by andrewh »

Hello,

Long time lurker but first time poster. I am considering getting some OSI 600D boards printed from the Gerber listed on https://www.osiweb.org/. It is vastly cheaper if I get more than one done, so anyone else in? I'm only looking to split the cost, not make a profit.

Do you have a cost estimate? I am very interested in one too, thanks.

If I can do a run of 10, probably around £40 each. I found a place that will do 1 for about £300 and 10 for £400. Obviously the more we can print, the cheaper it will be.

Have you tried JLCPCB?

Thanks. That would be around £200 for 10.

£40 works for me, unless you can do it cheaper :)

It's likely that you haven't been a member long enough or made enough posts to send PMs. You may be able to receive them though, I will try sending yo one.

I would be interested, however I cannot send PMs yet. Are the files out there for a UK101 board.

I’ve not seen any files for the UK101, but I haven’t been looking. I will have a couple of these boards spare so please drop me an email on <REDACTED> to arrange.

Hi Andrew, is there a BoM specific to this? I found the schematic but it's a little fuzzy for some of the smaller components.

I believe this applies to the repro board - https://www.osiweb.org/manuals/Superboa ... ctions.pdf

The only difference I have found so far is it has been modified for Cherry MX key switches.
