Re: High Score Challenge S18- R7 - Starship Command 2022
Managed to get a bit higher this morning, but it does seem to depend on luck a bit.

Just a smidge better, still don't love it.

I think this will have to be my final score on this one.
There are a number of things I like about this version of the game:
The new ship designs are good (both alien and player) and I like the improved responses relating to your progress from starfleet command at the end of each level. But the extra speed does not improve the game for me, its just too fast now.

Managed a small improvement. It's a hard game to crack!

My one and only session on this one, not a fan at all of this one.

I saw lots of chatter about SSC2022 and had to give it a go, here is my last "session" - three hours of blood, sweat and swearing
I did post this in the game forum, but why not post it here too and make it official. I did have trouble with F & G working hence some of the names in the high score table

A slight improvement.....I find I'm better at this with the keyboard than the joystick......and I suck on the keyboard.

High Score Tables Updated for Season 18, Round Seven......
This is another beautifully written game but it's also a bit unfair in that I think it's way too random as to what each screen might represent. In spite of that we had pretty much record participation from some we haven't seen for a while and some new which is very nice
Well, the winner of this game is ...... surprise, not Venger but. JoolsH who was also in a class of his own on this one. Nice going and congratulations Jools on a great win.

On a side note I'd like to thank all those who played this round. We had 14 playing this game this round so.....Thank you!!! It seems we are mostly averaging out at 11 so this participation is definitely above average.
As usual please check to ensure I've not missed anyone's scores as I'm officially old and it's easy to miss things on this and I really don't want to do that for anyone's hard earned score.
